Viet Tin Auditing Company Limited (VTAC) respectfully sends you Legal Document Newsletter No. 07 of 2023, the Newsletter includes the following important updates:

– Reduce value added tax by 2% (reduced from 10% to 8%) for many groups of goods from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023;

– Instructions for issuing electronic invoices related to VAT reduction in some cases;

– Extend the deadline for paying special consumption tax on domestically produced or assembled cars;

– Answering registration fee policies;

– Registration fees for cars, trailers or semi-trailers pulled by cars and vehicles similar to cars produced and assembled domestically;

– Strengthen coordination between Tax Authorities and commercial banks, other credit institutions, and payment intermediary service providers in tax management.

– Amend regulations on lending activities of credit institutions and foreign bank branches to customers.
